Contractor Remodel and Repair Estimating Program

Xactimate® may be the insurance industry standard but it is NOT the construction industry standard!

Our proprietary 3RStimax™ remodel/repair estimating program which is contractor friendly, supports contractors in pricing their retail remodel and insurance repair work at the highest possible legitimate - real, true and accurate (RTA) market rates for their area.  Designed primarily for exterior and light interior retail and storm damage repair estimating, 3RStimax™ allows you to price your work at rates that professional contractors deserve to be paid.  Based on over forty years of contracting and estimate writing experience plus twenty additional years of insurance industry experience, 3RStimax™, which is the only program of its kind, is the right and perfect estimating program for contractors who want to start earning what they are really worth and deserve.

Below are just three of many real world examples illustrating the difference 3RStimax™ can make when calculating your customers insurance claims.  All of the "From" estimates shown below were written by insurance adjusters using Xactimate® or similar insurance industry mandated estimating programs.  In every case, both the adjusters and their estimating programs were far below RTA.

With 3RStimax™ - example 1 – State Farm Claim

From $17,458.68 to $25,618.49

(a same job price increase for the contractor in the amount of $8,160 using 3RStimax)

With 3RStimax™ - example 2 - Farmers Claim

From $2,785.32 to $13,606.47

(a same job price increase for the contractor in the amount of $10,821 using 3RStimax)

With 3RStimax™ - example 3 – Allstate Claim

From $22,441.51 to $44,378.32

(a same job price increase for the contractor in the amount of $21,937 using 3RStimax)

99.99% of wind and hail damage repair jobs and most exterior and light interior retail remodel jobs need no more and often less than what 3RStimax gives you.  3RStimaxis turnkey and easy to use.  As soon as you receive your 3RStimax with your full business package you can start using it.  No 200+ page manuals to learn (easy to understand instructions are on just a few pages) - no price changes to download, you simply change the line item prices according to real, true and accurate (RTA) market rates for your area - no start up fees - no monthly fees - and no need to call and ask for help from disinterested customer "service" representatives at some big corporate office.

Worth the price of the full 3RS Profit MAX™ system all by itself, 3RStimax automatically adds up all of your line item prices for you at real, true and accurate (RTA) market rates for your area, figures in all materials sales taxes and miscellaneous prices - including EPA and OSHA compliance costs, then correctly adds in your Overhead and Profit on the entire job, on every job.  And, it will far exceed any insurance adjusters less than RTA loss report pricing numbers 99.99% of the time.

Contractor Remodel and Repair Estimating Program

Page 1 (empty)

Looking at the Page 1 (empty) example above you see that no information has been added to the sheet.  As it stands, the pricing is set at the highest pricing based on numerous insurance settlement payouts from 3RS Systems, LLC records.  You can change the pricing to suit your market area.

Page 1 completed

On completed Page 1 example you see that the company and customer information has been filled in.  As you fill in that information on Page 1 it will automatically fill in for you on Page 2 and Page 3 so you don't have to re-enter it again.  With the company/customer information filled in you simply tab down and type in your quantities and your pricing and it automatically figures the proper amount for each line item and then adds those amounts to the total on the "TOTAL ROOFING A" line and to the "ALL TOTALS A + B + C" line on Page 3.  After drawing in/entering any diagrams and/or other information you wish to include in the "NOTES / CALCULATIONS / DIAGRAMS" box near the bottom of the page you move on to page 2.  NOTE:  The "ROOFING A" and the "TOTAL ROOFING A" lines can be re-titled.

Page 2 completed

On Page 2, simply follow the same steps as you did on Page 1.  Again, you can change the pricing to suit your market area.  Your line item totals will be automatically added up and your Page 2 total will appear on the "TOTAL SIDING B" line and will be added to the total on the "ALL TOTALS A + B + C" line on Page 3.  Enter any diagram and/or other information you want to include in the "NOTES / CALCULATIONS / DIAGRAMS" box near the bottom of the page then proceed to Page 3.  NOTE:  The "SIDING B" and the "TOTAL SIDING B" lines can be re-titled.

Page 3 completed

On Page 3, follow the same steps again as you did on Pages 1 and 2.  Your line item totals will automatically be added up and your Page 3 totals will appear on the "TOTAL GC/MISC C" line and will be added to the total on the "ALL TOTALS A + B + C" line on Page 3.  Your materials Sales Tax (MST) will be figured at an industry average per job materials cost of 31.5% of total job cost and will appear on Line 90 then multiplied by the default 6.75% which will appear on Line 91.  If your local sales tax is different you can easily change the % per the instructions given.  You will see that all of the numbers have been automatically computed for you and your sub-total will appear on Line 92 with the "TOTAL PRICE" appearing on Line 96 after O&P has been automatically and correctly figured in.  Include any information you want to include in the "NOTES / CALCULATIONS / DIAGRAMS" box near the bottom of the page then SAVE THE FILE UNDER THE CUSTOMERS NAME before printing a copy to fax into the insurance company with your fax cover sheet.  Never hesitate to charge for items you may not be sure of.  You can negotiate those items later if need be.  The RRP Lead Control and RRP Build Date Confirm line are a couple of examples.
